SHIPPING POLICY:

After purchasing, please allow 4-5 business days of processing time before your order is ready to be shipped.

All orders will ship with a tracking number and link which is sent to you (either via email or SMS) once your label has been created.

 

Lovetunay is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel at the time of delivery.

 

Please note that any incorrect or incomplete shipping delivery addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.

 

FABRIC NOTICE:

 

I do not buy my fabrics or textiles in bulk from suppliers or manufacturers, but rather hand pick them to be reworked into each purse, tote, hat, and clothing item listed on this website. Each collection is made through repurposing used fabrics that have been curated from various thrift and secondhand shops.

The unique fabrics are washed, pressed, and carefully upcycled, therefore, no two items will be the exact same.

 

 

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND / RETURN POLICY :

 

As all Lovetunay pieces are reworked and upcycled from secondhand clothing and materials, I cannot accommodate returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once payments have been processed. 

 

Customers are required to read item descriptions carefully and refer to the size charts upon placing any orders. Please note, all items are made by hand, meaning that slight flaws may exist and any major issues will be stated in the descriptions. Size charts are provided for reference, meaning Lovetunay is not responsible if an item does not fit.
