U.S. Shipping Update

I want to share an important update about Lovetunay’s U.S. shipping.

With the current tariff situation still changing and evolving, shipping from Canada to the U.S. has become a little more complicated, with additional tariff and brokerage fees now being added to shipments.

To make things easier, I’ve made the decision to price U.S. shipping based on the weight of your order, with these additional fees included upfront. This protects my small business from taking a loss on tariff and brokerage costs, while also giving my U.S. customers peace of mind knowing there shouldn’t be any surprise fees upon delivery.

The good news: I will continue shipping to the United States. Orders are still open, and all U.S. customers can shop future collections as usual.

If you’re ordering from the U.S., here’s what you need to know:

Shipping is now calculated based on the weight of your order.

• Tariff and brokerage costs are included in the shipping price you see at checkout.
• You’ll see the full cost of your order at checkout. No unexpected payments or hidden fees later on.
• I’ll continue to keep an eye on the tariff situation as it changes and do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring safe delivery for your pieces.
