U.S. SHIPPING UPDATE

Hi Loves,

I want to share an important update about Lovetunay’s shipping beginning August 29th, 2025.

With the new de minimis changes, U.S. customers may now be asked to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are set by U.S. customs and are completely out of my control as a Canadian small business.

To make things easier, the shipping fee for U.S. orders now includes these customs and duty charges upfront. This means your package should arrive without any surprise fees upon delivery. 🤍

The good news: I will continue shipping to the United States. Orders are still open, and all U.S. customers can shop future collections as usual.

If you’re ordering from the U.S., here’s what you need to know:

• The shipping fee now covers customs/duty fees that were previously charged at delivery.
• You’ll see the full cost of your order at checkout — no extra payments or hidden fees later on.
• I always do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring safe delivery for your pieces.

I am so grateful for all the love and support I’ve received from my US community over the years. It means the world to me that you continue to choose handmade and upcycled pieces from my little brand.
