*SOLD OUT* Flip With Tris: A Beginner Thrift Flip + Upcycling Workshop

Welcome to Flip With Tris!

In honour of Earth Month, this is a cozy, beginner-friendly thrift flip workshop hosted by me, Tris Lovetana, where we'll turn thrifted and secondhand fabrics into fun and functional accessories! ✂️🤍

In this hands-on session, I’ll guide you through the basics of using a sewing machine, working with upcycled materials, and bringing one-of-a-kind pieces to life, no experience needed. Whether you’ve never touched a machine or just want a cozy craft night, this is your sign to start. Each guest will create a jumbo scrunchie, a mini pouch, and a keychain using thoughtfully sourced thrifted fabrics, with all materials and tools provided.

Hosted in partnership with Lowe+Simone Studio in Downtown Whitby, this workshop is designed to feel warm, intimate, and community-driven, with light food and drinks provided by local Durham businesses. And, to make the experience even more special, you’ll also take home a curated Lovetunay goodie bag. 🤍
